Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Social Media Manager (Supervisory) to lead end-to-end social media activities, primarily for LinkedIn and YouTube, with support across other platforms. This work-from-home role requires collaboration with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to source, create, and adapt content.

You will monitor channels, manage a content calendar, and analyze KPIs to optimize performance. Prior experience with Sprout Social and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube + X/Twitter, Instagram/Threads.
• Proven ability to execute social media strategy and manage content calendars.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate insights.

Your Role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of Mend.io's social media presence, primarily focused on LinkedIn and YouTube, but including other platforms as needed.

Technical Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube + X/Twitter, Instagram/Threads

Proven ability to execute social media strategy and manage content calendars.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate insights.
