Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing or related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns that have driven engagement and results
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling brand messaging
• Creative thinking with strong visual sensibility and understanding of design principles
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with content creation tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications
• Knowledge of brand management principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies
• Experience in the distribution, FMCG or B2B sectors is advantageous
