Your Role

As a Social Media Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive organic social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for multiple brands
  • Create engaging organic content including carousels, graphics, and thought-provoking questions to drive audience engagement
  • Manage organic social media planning and scheduling using industry-standard tools
  • Build and maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms and brands
  • Design visual assets from scratch including social media posts, carousels, and promotional graphics
  • Create compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules across all brands
  • Create promotional materials and marketing assets as needed for various campaigns
  • Create engaging reels and video content for organic social media posting
  • Edit raw video content into high-quality assets for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and impressions across all platforms and brands
  • Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media presence.
  • Collaborate with Shopify-based e-commerce operations to align organic social media efforts with business objectives
  • Create product-focused organic content that showcases brands and engages audiences
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches through organic social media content

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years in social media management, preferably for e-commerce brands
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools
  • Essential: Experience with social media planning and scheduling platforms
  • Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
  • Shopify platform experience
  • Proven track record of analyzing social media metrics and providing data-driven insights
  • AI tool experience (training provided if needed)
  • Demonstrated experience creating video advertisements for Meta platforms
  • Highly Preferred: Previous experience working with Australian brands and understanding of Australian market preferences.
