Job summary

Remote VA is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to grow the social presence of our client portfolio. You will plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, while maintaining brand voice and engagement.

You will analyze metrics, report results, and adjust strategies. This is a remote role with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule, requiring excellent English, strong writing, and the ability to work independently as part of a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a social media management or digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into action.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of our diverse portfolio of clients, crafting engaging content, and building meaningful connections with their online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google My Business,and Twitter.
• Blast emails and lightning deals; include customer relations
• Work with WordPress to publish and manage website content
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and goals.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize content and grow audience engagement.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Remote Position)
