Job summary

M-Commerce Corporation is seeking a Marketing Officer to manage our digital presence and help run social media campaigns across platforms. You will coordinate content, publish materials, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

You will work with Brand, Creative, Content, and E-Commerce teams to grow brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition, while reporting on performance and staying current with trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
• Basic copywriting, branding, and analytics knowledge.
• Familiarity with scheduling, project management, and analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and day-to-day account management.
• Plan and coordinate social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Develop and oversee online marketing materials, including social media posts, digital banners, email creatives, website assets, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce high-quality marketing assets.
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Monitor social media performance, campaign metrics, and audience insights to recommend content and campaign improvements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Support the execution of influencer, partnership, and digital marketing campaigns as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on social media growth, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics.
