• Entry-level candidates are welcome; up to 2-3 years of experience in project management, influencer marketing, or live commerce is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership in a fast-paced agency environment
• Dedicated team player seeking a long-term commitment to grow alongside the company
• Solid understanding of the advertising and marketing industry, with a keen eye for current social media and TikTok trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle multi-role coordination across diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City and available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Live broadcasting projects from planning to execution
• Manage the entire influencer pipeline—from scouting and casting to on-set coordination and dedicated relationship care for client campaigns
• Manage, operate, and grow the agency's official social media channels with engaging content strategies
• Oversee standard project management duties for assigned projects, including timeline scheduling, budget tracking, cross-functional communication, and resolving operational blockers
