Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new social media platforms, trends, and marketing tools.
• Experience with e-commerce, technology, IT products, or consumer electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop captions, graphics, and multimedia posts tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers to build strong relationships.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Analytics Reporting: Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, and follower growth; prepare monthly performance reports.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts and ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Content Creation: Create engaging social media content, including captions, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Marketing Support: Assist in executing social media campaigns, product promotions, launches, and other marketing activities.
