AnswerKey is seeking a strategic social media professional in the Philippines to blend data-driven insights with engaging visual storytelling. The role spans strategy, content production, video editing, copywriting, and analytics across major platforms.

The successful candidate will own content calendars, maintain a consistent brand voice, shoot and edit short‑form videos, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize reach and lead generation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong portfolio with Reels, TikToks, campaigns, video editing, photography, and storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of major platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience creating content for brands or businesses.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s social media presence across major platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with goals.
• Build monthly and quarterly content calendars.
• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across channels.
• Create educational and thought‑leadership content for service audiences.
• Produce high‑quality reels, tiktoks, and short‑form videos.
• Shoot videos and images at events, client visits, and campaigns.
• Edit videos and design graphics, thumbnails, and assets.
• Write hooks, captions, CTAs, and video scripts; adapt messaging by platform.
• Monitor analytics, track engagement, reach, watch time, and leads; benchmark against competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing and leaders; capture real‑time content; brainstorm campaigns.
