Job summary

Elite Translations is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Content Intern to join the Marketing Team and help build engaging digital content for our professional translation and interpreting services. You will gain hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, short-form video creation, and performance monitoring while collaborating with a dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City.

This on-site internship runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00PM, offering practical exposure

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Business or related field.
• Open to beginners and applicants with little to no professional experience.
• Interested in social media, digital marketing, content creation and branding.
• Comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting social media content.
• Help plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks and simple graphics.
• Write basic captions and social media copy.
• Research trends and content ideas relevant to the brand.
• Monitor basic content performance and engagement.
• Support photo/video shoots and other marketing activities.
• Organize content files and marketing assets.

About the role

Elite Translations is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Intern to support the Marketing Team in developing engaging digital content and strengthening the company's online presence. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in content planning, social media management, short‑form video creation, basic performance monitoring, and digital marketing for professional translation and interpreting services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting social media content
• Help plan weekly and monthly content calendars
• Create short‑form videos, Reels, TikToks, and simple graphics
• Write basic captions and social media copy
• Research trends and content ideas relevant to the brand
• Monitor basic content performance and engagement
• Support photo/video shoots and other marketing activities
• Organize content files and marketing assets

About you

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Open to beginners and applicants with little to no professional experience
• Interested in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and branding
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage but not required
• Willing to appear in or assist with social media content when needed
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the Marketing Team
• Open to feedback and willing to improve based on content performance and team guidance
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00PM
