Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to own our social media presence, plan content, and support marketing automation efforts across connected platforms.

You will create and repurpose short-form video, manage scheduling, engage the community, and report performance to drive growth within a CRM-driven workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Familiar with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation.
• Hands-on in creating and repurposing short-form videos.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a content calendar across social platforms.

• Assist marketing campaigns and workflow automation tied to social channels.
• Create and repurpose short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare performance insights.
• Produce regular social media performance reports.
• Manage automation panels linked to social platforms.

• Keep an eye on community engagement and reply to comments and messages promptly

• Produce regular reports on social media performance and growth
• Manage automation panels connected to social media platforms

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
