We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team to help us build online presence for our clients from the ground up, with the goal of driving business growth.

About the Role:

We are seeking a multi-talented Virtual Assistant to help launch two new private label brands from existing consumer health technology applications. This hybrid role involves administrative and sales duties, including aggregating data, generating text-based content, and engaging with public-facing comments and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Research: Conduct data research, aggregate findings, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
  • Generate SEO’d Content: Create video transcripts, newsletters, web copy, and public comments.
  • Sales & Client Support: Funnel sales, manage payment processing, coordinate with brand owners, and conduct post-sale follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong administrative background with experience in data research and organization.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and SEO principles.
