Job summary

Blueberry Eleven Inc. Digital Photo & Design Studio in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines is seeking a creative, organized Social Media Staff to manage our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.

You will create and edit photos and videos, prepare posts, monitor engagement, and collaborate with Marketing, Photography, Multimedia, and Graphic Arts teams to showcase our graduation photography and design services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in social media management or content creation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Willing to work on-site and attend events or school projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create and edit photos, videos, reels, stories, captions, and promotional materials.
• Assist in covering company activities, school events, pictorials, graduations, and other projects.
• Prepare and schedule regular social media posts.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
• Promote Blueberry Eleven’s services, including graduation photography, school ID photography, yearbooks, pictorials, printing, and graphic design.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Photography, Multimedia, Graphic Artist, and other departments for content creation.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and performance.
• Prepare basic social media reports.
• Ensure that all posted content is accurate, professional, and aligned with the company’s brand.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
