The Social Media Ads Personnel is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to promote the company’s furniture products. This role ensures that campaigns are optimized for engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion while maintaining brand consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create ad copies, visuals, and audience-targeting strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversions, impressions, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align ad content with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and company branding guidelines.
Qualifications
