Job summary

Continent 8 Technologies is seeking a SOC Analyst to join our Security Operations team in Manila. The role supports and helps drive the SOC team across Europe, Canada, and India under the Chief Security Officer.

You will help develop security capabilities, procedures, and toolsets used to capture, analyze, and respond to threats while reducing operating risk for customers. The position emphasizes proactive threat remediation and scalable security operations.

Qualifications

• 3.5+ years in a Security Operations role with investigations experience.
• Experience in an SOC environment and incident response.
• Familiarity with security tooling and threat analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response activities and investigations with stakeholders.
• Analyze threats, trends, and external information security threats.
• Oversee vulnerability and risk analysis for IT systems, apps and cloud.
• Develop automated alerting and remediation workflows for security issues.
• Create operating procedures to scale secure enterprise applications and infrastructure.
