Job summary

Trends Group in Makati, Philippines is seeking a SOC Analyst to monitor and escalate security incidents, respond to alerts within SLA targets, and execute remediation and recovery procedures. You will maintain incident documentation and collaborate with teams to improve service quality in a fast-paced security operations center.

The role requires 1+ year in SOC or cadetship experience, familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST frameworks, SIEM, and SOAR, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of SOC experience or completion of the TRENDS Cadetship Program.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, incident response, and risk management.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST frameworks, SIEM, SOAR, and security monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and elevate security incidents.
• Respond to alerts and service requests within SLA targets.
• Execute incident response, remediation, and recovery procedures.
• Maintain incident reports, tickets, and operational documentation.
• Monitor system availability, follow SOC procedures, and collaborate with teams to improve service quality.
