Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a SOC Analyst to monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and respond to threats from SIEM dashboards.

The role involves correlating firewall logs and endpoint events to detect lateral movement and coordinating with the SOC Engineer for tuning and log source optimization. Onsite in Ortigas or Cubao, the position requires at least 2 years in a similar role, familiarity with IDS/IPS, SIEM, and firewall tech, along with TCP/IP and packet analysis

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT related course.
• With at least 2 years experience with the same role.
• Familiarity with IDS/IPS tools, SIEM platforms, and firewall technologies.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, Zeek, Suricata).
• Ok to work onsite in Ortigas and Cubao
• Ok to work in any shift schedule.

Responsibilities
