Job summary

J-K Network Services in Pasay City is seeking a SOC Analyst with 1–2 years of cybersecurity experience to monitor security alerts, triage incidents, and support incident response. You will analyze logs, investigate alerts, and document findings to help protect Finance and Healthcare SMBs.

This is a hybrid role with day and mid shifts. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity and are proficient with SIEM and EDR tools, including SentinelOne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a SOC Analyst or similar cybersecurity role.
• Experience in alert triage and investigating security alerts through log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and events generated by SIEM and EDR platforms.
• Perform initial investigation, triage, and escalation of cybersecurity incidents based on severity and impact.
• Review logs and system activities to identify suspicious behavior, threats, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Document incidents, findings, and resolutions in Jira, PagerDuty, and other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to support incident response and continual security improvements.
