Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is the Philippines’ leading full‑service bank, offering financial and digital banking services. The Reports / SOA Assistant will prepare Statements of Accounts for subsidiaries and remittance partners, and Treasury Liquidity Reports for FX related transactions of tie‑ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in reports management, but open to fresh graduates
• Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Performs checking of documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Reports Officer and Reports Team Head for review and approval.
• Provides assistance to Reports Officer in ensuring that the required daily functions including monitoring of DFFB float items are met according to team’s standards and policies and procedures.
• Ensure that queries/concerns are immediately acted upon and or elevated to proper unit/s or authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
