Job summary

IQVIA Solutions Operations Center Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to perform routine and non-routine system administration, Tier 2 end-user support, and specialized technical tasks.

The role supports internal and external customers, mentors new team members, and acts as a subject matter expert within the team. Responsibilities include guiding users on application functionality, escalating incidents per the escalation path, and driving improvements in system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong listening and customer-facing communication skills.

• Escalate end user requests and incidents to higher level support staff or management in accordance with escalation path.
• Contribute and implement ideas to improve overall quality and efficiency of systems and processes. Act as a change advocate.
• Maintain compliance with SOP, training, time reporting requirements, other procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• As assigned, perform system/process checks, QC tasks and applicable follow-up actions.
• Perform system User Acceptance Testing (UAT), informal testing or validation as assigned.
• Collect objective activity measurements, report to management, and implement ongoing improvements aligned with organizational strategy.

Job description

This incumbent will perform routine and non-routine system administration, tier 2 end-user support and technical/complex support tasks. He/she may support internal and external customers and participate in special projects, train and mentor new team members and serve as a SME within the team.

• Technical skills to translate business requirements into terms developers and testers can understand.
• Aptitude for synthesizing complex data into key components that drive informed decisions.

Note

This role requires working night shifts based on business needs. The shift schedule will be either:

• 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Philippines Time)
• 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Philippines Time)
