Qualifications

• Educational Attainment: Graduate of a 2-year vocational course related to Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics or Undergraduate/Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
• Skills & Competencies Required:
• Strong attention to detail; able to quickly identify issues and implement solutions.
• Skilled in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring and control systems.
• Capable of working efficiently with or without supervision.
• Knowledgeable in basic industrial motor control.
• Computer literate with strong written communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SMT machine programming and maintenance, preferably Panasonic brand.
• 2–3 years of experience in a PCB Assembly Manufacturing Environment.
• Other Requirements:
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Hardworking, dedicated, and reliable.
