Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an engineer to plan and aid in the design of smart PV solutions for residential and commercial PV plants, energy storage systems, and microgrid implementations to ensure robust, scalable results.

The candidate will independently communicate with customers to understand value requirements for smart PV solutions, take charge of deliverables across domains, support planning and meetings for key projects, and provide feedback to improve R&D solutions

Qualifications

Engineering degree required or higher.
Experience in solar/energy industry preferred.
Familiar with PV design software (PVSyst, PVSol, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

Plan and aid in the design of smart PV solutions for residential and commercial PV plants, energy storage systems, and microgrid implementations.
Independently communicate with customers to understand value requirements and take charge of deliverables across domains or subsystems.
Support planning, consulting, and meetings for key projects and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Explain the solution and communicate with customers' executives and technical personnel.
Provide feedback to improve R&D solutions for local and regional counterparts.
