Job summary

You will provide preventive maintenance, perform repairs, and support energy management to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently. The role involves following established procedures, inspecting installations for safety, and collaborating with teams to complete work orders under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required. 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying tasks.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and implement repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with coordination from teams.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems and convey information clearly.
• Deliver output following defined procedures under supervision.
