Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines to maintain small to medium buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will support preventive maintenance and repairs, and help ensure systems run reliably.

This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, performing inspections, troubleshooting, and assisting with installation and modification of building equipment while following defined procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
Combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
Deliver output under guidance, following defined processes.
