• Check freshness and report damaged, spoiled, or insufficient supplies.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
• Properly operate and care for kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is properly and safely cooked.
• Minimize food wastage and properly store unused ingredients and prepared food.
• Cooperate with other kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
