Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and building surveys using total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Establish and mark site boundaries and reference points for construction activities.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans and transfer data to the site.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure survey accuracy.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including maps, reports, and survey data.
• Perform topographical and as-built surveys.
• Verify elevation, alignment, and position of structures during and after construction.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations related to surveying and construction.
