Lemcon Philippines is building EV charging stations across the country, and needs site supervisors to lead the crews doing it.

This is a regular position. Assignment is nationwide. No EV charging experience is needed. Lemcon provides the training.

THE WORK

Lead an installation crew from site survey through installation, testing, and turnover. Coordinate subcontractors, run toolbox talks, keep the site safe, and hand over clean documentation.

WHY LEMCON

Building in the Philippines since 2000. A design team and live online site support sit behind every crew, so no supervisor stands alone on site with a problem. Most of the management team here came up through the sites.

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have led a crew on site as team lead, foreman, site supervisor, or shift in charge
• Fluent Tagalog
• Engineering degree, or equivalent proven site supervision experience
• Able to work from electrical plans, single-line diagrams, and BOQs
• Willing to be assigned to project sites nationwide

HELPFUL, NOT NEEDED

Background in telecom site installation, solar, genset, substation, data centre, fuel station construction, or MEP works. Testing and commissioning exposure. Familiarity with HSE and permitting.
