The Opportunity
Qure.ai is seeking atalented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a SiteReliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability,scalability, and performance of our software systems. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to build and maintain a highly available and efficientinfrastructure that supports our artificial intelligence-based healthcaresolutions. This role is based in the Philippinesand requiresfrequent travel within the Philippines and across Southeast Asian countriesbased on business requirements. Additionally, you will regularly engage withclient teams on-site, necessitating strong communication and soft skills.
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Deploy and distribute Qure.ai's AIand computer vision software across customer environments, supporting bothLinux and Windows platforms following established deployment procedures.
- Manage and maintain on-premiseserver infrastructure at hospital and clinic sites — coveringprovisioning, OS patching, configuration hardening, and capacity planningfor GPU and compute-intensive AI workloads.
- Work directly with customers todiagnose and resolve recurring issues in production deployments andupdates, applying structured debugging across OS, network, and applicationlayers.
- Support the implementation andupkeep of highly reliable services using infrastructure-as-code tooling(Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent) to enable consistent and swift productdelivery across customer sites.
- Monitor and analyse systemperformance across cloud and on-premise environments, identifybottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimise throughput and ensurehigh availability.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, andlogging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent) to detect andrespond to issues proactively, covering both cloud and on-premisedeployments.
- Participate in incident response andpost-mortem processes — supporting root cause analysis and implementingfixes to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with security teams tomaintain infrastructure hardening standards, manage access controls, andensure compliance with healthcare data protection requirements.
- Translate technical findings intoclear communication for non-technical hospital stakeholders, requiringstrong interpersonal and written skills.
- Work within a culture that championsdeep technical ownership, operating closely alongside Dev, Product, andCustomer Success teams to ensure reliability is a shared responsibilityacross the organisation.
- Willingness to travel domesticallyand internationally as required to support customer deployments andon-site engagements.
