Job summary

LTM is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise platforms. You will automate processes, improve observability, and maintain highly available production systems while collaborating with development and operations teams.

The role focuses on building automation, deploying and optimizing Kubernetes-based environments, and integrating monitoring tools to support 24x7 production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting 24x7 production environments and on-call rotations.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Java or Go.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes administration and operations.
• Hands-on with monitoring/observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Alert Manager.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support production environments with 24x7 readiness and on-call participation.
• Build automation using Python, Java, or Go.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes-based environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring/observability with Grafana, Prometheus, Alert Manager.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation with Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and availability issues across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with teams to improve system resilience and operational efficiency.
