Job summary

Broadridge Connectivity Solutions is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and performance of our fintech platform. This hands-on role combines automation, infrastructure ownership, and production stability.

You will work with senior engineers and an SRE SME to own services end-to-end, implement IaC, and drive incident response and post-incident actions. Hybrid work in Metro Manila is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, and CI/CD.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, ELK, Splunk).
• Proficient in Python or Bash scripting and SQL workload analysis.
• Experience supporting production systems and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure.
• Write and maintain IaC, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform day-to-day production troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and production support.
• Own assigned services, tools, or reliability initiatives.
• Respond to production incidents using documented procedures.
• Contribute to RCA and post-incident actions.
• Implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Support reliability metrics like SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
• Work with SREs, developers, and security teams.
• Execute work aligned to operational priorities and debt reduction.
• Continuously improve tooling, documentation, and processes.
• Adopt platform standards and best practices.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and performance of our fintech platform.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution and ownership. You will work closely with other senior engineers and an SRE SME, contributing directly to automation, infrastructure, and production stability.

The ideal candidate is technically strong both in SRE principles and DevOps practices, comfortable owning systems end-to-end, and experienced in operating high-availability, transaction-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure

• Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

• Perform day-to-day production troubleshooting and performance tuning

• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability

• Participate fully in on-call rotations and production support

• Own assigned services, tools, or reliability initiatives

• Respond to production incidents using documented procedures

• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident actions

• Implement fixes and improvements to prevent recurrence

• Support reliability metrics such as SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs

• Work closely with fellow SREs, developers, and security teams

• Execute work aligned to operational priorities and technical debt reduction

• Continuously improve tooling, documentation, and operational processes

• Adopt and apply platform standards and best practices

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • AWS cloud platforms

  • Docker and Kubernetes

  • Terraform or similar IaC tools

  • Kafka experience (AWS MSK or Confluent)

  • CI/CD tools

• Monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, ELK, Splunk)

• Python or Bash scripting

• Solid SQL skills and workload analysis experience

• Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call

• Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in 24/7 or high-transaction production environments

• Cloud or platform-related certifications

• Fintech or regulated systems exposure

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: Onsite 4x per month (Makati City)

• Shift Options: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Manila)

• Workdays: Either Mon - Fri | Tue - Sat
