Job summary

EAST WEST WORKS AND INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to oversee site-based execution for industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, manufacturing, or construction projects.

You will supervise site activities, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure progress, productivity, quality and schedule compliance, while reviewing drawings and technical documents. A strong background in engineering and scheduling tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in project engineering, construction, or project management.
• Experience in site-based project execution in industrial sectors.
• Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate contractors/subcontractors/vendors.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, P&IDs and technical docs.
• Knowledge of HSE, risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Willingness to deploy to project/site locations and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and schedule compliance.
• Interpret and review engineering drawings, specs, P&IDs, method statements and technical docs.
• Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, manpower, procurement and material management.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and site documentation.
• Manage testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance and project handover.
• Ensure adherence to HSE requirements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
