Responsibilities

• Manage overall project performance including scope, safety, quality, schedule, innovation, and cost.
• Build project timelines and schedules; coordinate with client and lead execution.
• Review plans and project budget allocation.
• Conduct pre-construction site inspections.
• Generate and review BOQs.
• Monitor projects on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
• Generate progress reports and billings.
• Ensure quality of works and schedule adherence.
