Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, equipment, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure work follows plans, specs, safety standards, and policies.
• Identify issues and implement timely solutions.
• Prepare progress and operational reports and maintain project documentation.
• Lead and evaluate site personnel for efficient operations.
