Responsibilities

• Ensures reliability of equipment in assigned area.
• Schedules preventive maintenance through CMMS.
• Monitors water and electrical consumption of the department.
• Prepares project documents and approval synopses.
• Assists in work permits/hot works for tenants and contractors.
• Leads MEPF-related committees and meetings.
