Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a Site Logistic Assistant Manager to oversee warehousing for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts in Canlubang, Laguna, with frequent travel to other facilities. The role aligns warehousing with production plans and maintains cost-efficiency.

The incumbent will lead warehouse operations, ensure aging stock disposition, enforce receiving and storage guidelines, and drive continuous improvements in service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics operations (inbound and outbound).
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory capacity with 3PL management experience.
• Experience in process initiatives and project management.
• Experience in day-to-day warehouse operations, audits, and raw material supportability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate warehousing needs in alignment with production and engineering forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely disposition of aging or expiring stocks.
• Implement and maintain company guidelines for receiving, handling, and storage of materials.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehousing operations and service levels.
