• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture or related field required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction administration or site engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and processes.
• Understanding of project scheduling and cost control principles.
• Familiarity with contract management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site progress to ensure schedule compliance and provide real-time feedback on urgent issues.
• Coordinate office and site activities, including requisitions, logistics, inspections, testing, and budgets.
• Attend meetings, maintain progress reports, logs, and client communications with project team and subcontractors.
• Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD reflecting site conditions and liaise with clients.
