Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer (Civil Engineer) to supervise residential and fit-out projects across Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan. The role requires a PRC-licensed Civil Engineer and practical construction oversight experience.

The position offers a salary range of 25,000–35,000 PHP per month with negotiable allowances, and an 8am–5pm schedule with overtime. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD are essential, and driving ability is preferred.

Formación

• PRC license as Civil Engineer is required.
• 3–5 years of residential or fit-out experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
• Must be driving-capable, hardworking, organized and independent.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise residential and fit-out construction.
• Monitor progress and address non-schedule completion.
• Coordinate with clients, representatives and trades.
• Prepare cost estimates and material requisitions.
• Submit daily/weekly reports and side documents.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards.

Work location -Manila and Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan

Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm with Overtime pay
