Job summary

Shengfu Corporation is seeking a site survey and coordination professional to translate blueprints into on-site layouts, supervise quality, and coordinate with project teams. You will handle on-site troubleshooting and document daily progress and NCRs.

Experience in site surveying and familiarity with GPS/GNSS tools is preferred. The role is based in Batangas City, Philippines, and involves on-site work with standard construction teams.

Qualifications

• Experience translating blueprints or designs into on-site measurements.
• Familiarity with site surveying equipment and GPS/GNSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setting Out & Surveying: translate blueprints into physical site marks using surveying tools.
• Quality Assurance: inspect works, test materials, ensure structural integrity and compliance.
• Team Coordination: liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Troubleshooting: resolve on-site technical issues and design conflicts.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare DPRs, update site diaries, manage NCRs.
