Job summary

primeinfra is seeking a Contracts Engineer for a site-based role overseeing EPC, consultancy, and supply contracts on large-scale hydropower projects. You will ensure contractual compliance, manage risks, and support project delivery from tender to close-out.

The role requires 10+ years in contracts for major infrastructure, with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytics skills. Travel to Rizal and Laguna sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering, construction, law, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts administration or contract management for large-scale infrastructure, EPC, power, hydropower, mining, or transportation projects.
• Experience with EPC, FIDIC, Design-Build contracts from tender to close-out.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC, construction, consultancy, supply, and service contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, and deadlines.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and EOT requests.
• Identify risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams.
• Prepare contract reports and management correspondence.
• Support commercial negotiations and resolve issues with contractors.
• Maintain complete contract records and ensure document control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
