Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a SAM Specialist to manage Site Acquisition, Leasing, and regulatory compliance across EPC, Power, and related areas. The role acts as the primary liaison between DITO, local government offices, and lessors, ensuring timely permits, renewals, and contract documentation.

The position requires thorough knowledge of SAM processes, strong vendor coordination, and on-site problem solving to keep site operations compliant and progressing on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAM scope of work covering EPC, Leasing, Power, Regulatory and Site Management.
• Ability to review and approve SAM tasks across multiple modules (Vendor IDs, NRAF, CSPF, RFP, SAM Acceptance).
• Ensure vendor compliance based on SAM parameters and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish SAM trackers, ensure complete and timely SAM information and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and lessors to resolve issues and approvals.
• Conduct on-site validation, negotiations with lessors, and document acquisition as required.
• Prepare weekly project reports, issue tracking, and escalation to SAM management.
