Job summary

DITO Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a SAM Specialist to drive Site Acquisition Management across EPC, Leasing, Power, and regulatory areas. You will maintain accurate SAM records, coordinate with internal departments and with government agencies to keep licenses and permits up to date.

In this role you will conduct on-site verifications, manage contracts and leasing, prepare weekly reports, and ensure timely RFPs and payments to lessors.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAM scope including EPC, Leasing, Power, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, renew licenses, and track milestones.
• Knowledge of local permits, regulatory processes, and site management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish SAM Tracker and ensure timely milestones.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Lessors for SAM tasks and approvals.
• Conduct on-site inspections and document site issues.
• Prepare weekly reports and escalate issues.
• Manage leases, rent payments, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor RPT and regulatory permits compliance.
