Job summary

RISE Internet is seeking a Site Acquisition Coordinator in Cebu City to support end-to-end project management for building/client installs and provide sales and administrative support to the Site Acquisition team. You will manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and prepare paperwork to maximize operational tasks.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in business/marketing, at least two years in sales/BD, fluent English, independence, reliability, and a proactive approach to process

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
• Two years or more in sales/marketing/business development.
• Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end project management of building/client installs involving building acquisition.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Site Acquisition team, including scheduling, logistics, procurement, and paperwork.
• Monitor and report progress of acquisition and after-sales activities.
• Manage the help desk, respond to inquiries, and assign tickets to team members.
• Serve as point of contact when team members are onsite or away.
• Assist in generating leads via outbound calls and outreach methods.
• Conduct research to identify potential customers and industries for products and services.
• Use CRM and databases to input customer records and sales activity data accurately.
• Prepare detailed sales reports on sales, territories, quotas, inventories, budgets, leads, etc.
• Support process-improvement initiatives in the SAQ division and aid execution.
• Provide ad-hoc support on special projects.
• Handle all customer information per data privacy laws.
