Job summary

CAE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to learn and perform preventive maintenance on CAE simulators and related systems in Mabalacat, Pampanga. You will diagnose issues, document activities in the Maintenance Management System, and support refurbishment and hardware modifications.

The role requires hands-on skills with test equipment, knowledge of analog and digital theory, and the ability to interpret schematics.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret system prints and schematics.
• Proficient with common test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, logic analyzer).
• Knowledge of analog and digital theory; computer literacy.
• Soldering and circuit board repair skills; MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on the simulators and related systems.
• Assist in diagnosing and correcting problems on the simulators and related hardware.
• Use the Maintenance Management System to record and track maintenance activities.
• Complete all designated training activities.
• Perform preflight and postflight checks on designated simulators.
• Help with refurbishment and hardware modifications.
• Learn and comply with CAE Quality Management System.
• Provide customer service support and address customer needs promptly.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain simulators; manage logistics and parts testing/validation.
