Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. is seeking a Show Production Lead to guide the production team and on-camera talents through all stages of mounting and executing a show.

The role oversees floor direction and coordinates with technical teams to ensure smooth streaming, while liaising with managers and celebrities and conducting briefings and rehearsals.

Qualifications

• Lead the production team and on-camera talents in mounting and executing the show.
• Overall in charge of floor direction.
• Lead the technical team to ensure the show or shoot runs smoothly in all production technical aspects.
• Coordinate with external or third-party suppliers including managers and celebrities.
• Conduct briefings, rehearsals, and meetings.
• Create and implement guides for on-camera talents and duty supervisors for stage movement and presence.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to maintain smooth streaming.
• Provide concepts for content and games to produce.
• Provide solutions to improve show and content quality.

• Create and implement guides, training and practices for on camera talents and duty supervisors for on stage movement, projection and presence

• Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to maintain smooth streaming

• Provide concepts to what content and games to produce

• Provide solutions to improve the quality of the shows and content
