Job summary

About the role

We're looking for a creative and versatile Digital Content Creator who can handle different types of online content for our social media and e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Shopee, and Lazada
• Design social media posts, promotional graphics, and campaign materials
• Create e-commerce collaterals, product banners, thumbnails, vouchers, and online store graphics
• Prepare livestream collaterals, overlays, promotional banners, and other live-selling materials
• Edit and enhance product photos and videos for online use
• Create content for product launches, promos, campaigns, and seasonal events
• Resize and adapt content for different digital platforms
• Help develop creative concepts for social media and online campaigns
• Keep up with current TikTok, Reels, social media, and e-commerce trendsMaintain consistent branding across different online platforms

About you

• Knows CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative software
• Has experience creating both video and graphic content
• Has a good eye for clean, modern, and commercial design
• Understands TikTok/Reels pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, and trends
• Can create content quickly while handling multiple products and campaigns
• Can work independently and turn simple briefs into finished digital content
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, social media, or consumer products is an advantage
