Job summary

InterProminent Agency, Inc. seeks a Master Mariner to command vessel operations, ensuring safety of crew, cargo, and the marine environment. You will lead all shipboard activities, ensure compliance with SOLAS/MARPOL/ISM, and uphold high standards of safety and efficiency across operations.

Requirements include a Master Mariner Certificate of Competency, STCW endorsements, and extensive merchant-vessel command experience, preferably on bulk carriers.

Qualifications

• Master Mariner Certificate of Competency required.
• Extensive command experience on merchant vessels, preferably bulk carriers.
• Strong knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, ISPS Code, MLC 2006, and COLREGs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all shipboard operations and ensures safety of crew, vessel, cargo, and environment.
