Job summary

Auntie Anne's in the Philippines is seeking a capable supervisor to lead daily operations at our stores. The role focuses on maintaining quality customer service, overseeing schedules, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

You will coordinate inventory requests with the Warehouse, monitor sales, coach team members, and work closely with the Area Manager on improvement projects. Strong MS Office skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year supervisory experience in the Food Industry.
