Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• LME licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year in industrial mechanical maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical/electrical schematics and troubleshooting electro-pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency repairs during shift disruptions to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment calibrations and root-cause analyses for faults.
• Conduct vibration monitoring and thermal imaging to detect anomalies.
• Oversee raw material unloading and maintain peak feed rates within time limits.
• Design improvement projects and coordinate with planners for spare parts.
• Maintain engineering records and enforce 5S, GMP, HACCP, Halal, ISO policies.
