Job Qualifications:

  • Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.

  • With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss report, sales report, inventory and ordering.

  • Willing to undergo training.

  • Willing to start by August.

Job Description:

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates and supervises the operations of an assigned section of the store during assigned shift to achieve performance targets without sacrificing quality, cleanliness and service.

  • Plan, check, inspect and prepare store section before start of day to ensure that section is ready to efficiently and effective operate in accordance with operating standards.

  • Reports immediately all deviation from operating standards so action can be taken to minimize problems, complaints and unnecessary expenses.

  • Maybe assigned to open or close store after store hours.

  • Monitor, control and supervise the operations to ensure the check and balance in the store are maintained by closely adhering to all company policies, systems and procedures, and rules and regulations.

  • Implement, coordinate and monitor promotional plans and storewide programs to meet marketing plans and forecasts.

  • Prepares accurate and timely section reports with variances on time.

  • Settles all disputes and complaints with guests, which cannot be handled by team members.

  • Maintains discipline among Team Members at the same time motivate them to improve their performance.

  • Conducts orientation and retraining programs and seminars for team members to continuously improve operating efficiency and performance

  • Executes other directives from the superior.
