ACTIVE HIRING: Junior & Mid SharePoint Developer

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Schedule: EMEA / Mid-Shift

Headcount: 2

Salary:

• Junior: up to PHP 55,000
• Mid: up to PHP 80,000

We are currently hiring Junior and Mid SharePoint Developers with strong hands‑on experience in modern and legacy SharePoint development. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions while working closely with stakeholders and onshore clients.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint applications
• Work directly with solution owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Deliver high-quality solutions for incidents, change requests, and service enhancements
• Ensure application availability and provide production support when required
• Develop, test, estimate, and deploy solutions across environments
• Maintain accurate system and technical documentation
• Communicate confidently with onshore clients and follow EMEA calendars
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• 2–4+ years of SharePoint development experience
• Strong experience with SharePoint 2016 / 2019 / Subscription Edition

Hands‑on expertise in:

• SPFx, TypeScript, React
• Power Automate and API connectors
• REST API and Microsoft Graph
• JSOM and CSOM
• Client‑side development using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and vanilla JavaScript
• Experience with ALM tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub
• Experience publishing and consuming XML / JSON web services or APIs
• Stable work history (not a frequent job hopper)
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus

Additional Qualifications

• Client‑side customization using JSOM, REST, CSR, SharePoint Designer workflows
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured production environments
• Experience with incident management, change management, and ticketing systems
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience creating diagrams using Miro or Visio
• Knowledge of SharePoint navigation, theming, and site customization
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
