Job Title: SharePoint Developer / Power Platform Specialist

Location: Singapore

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SharePoint Developer / Power Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in SharePoint development and customization, particularly in SharePoint Online (SPO), as well as hands‑on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). The candidate should be an independent self‑starter with strong analytical skills and a positive work attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions on SharePoint Online (SPO).
• Create business solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and pages to meet business needs.
• Build custom apps and automate workflows integrated with SPO using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code and design quality through rigorous testing and documentation.
• Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications and workflows.
• Participate in Agile project teams and contribute to sprint planning, development, and reviews.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Requirements Education & Experience

• A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint application development and/or maintenance.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online (SPO), including:
  • Power Automate and Power Apps customization
  • Power Platform development and integration
  • Building custom business applications and workflows
